1. Data Controller
This privacy policy applies to the visivily.com website and related services operated by Visivily Labs (Istanbul, Turkey). For any questions or requests regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact us at hi@visivily.com.
2. Data We Collect and How We Use It
We process the following personal data in the course of providing our services:
- Contact information (name, email address): Collected via the audit request form and used for proposal, invoicing, and service delivery.
- Payment information: Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We do not store card details; only a transaction reference number and billing address are retained.
- Usage and analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited): Processed via Vercel Analytics to improve service quality and site performance. Vercel Analytics does not use persistent tracking cookies.
- Audit report outputs: Brand GEO analysis results are stored for the duration of the service relationship and are not shared with third parties.
3. Legal Basis
We process your personal data under the following legal bases pursuant to GDPR:
- Performance of a contract — GDPR Article 6(1)(b): processing necessary to deliver the services you have purchased.
- Legitimate interests — GDPR Article 6(1)(f): site security, fraud prevention, and service analytics.
- Consent — GDPR Article 6(1)(a): marketing communications, where separately requested and opted in.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact and billing information: 10 years from the end of the service relationship (Turkish Commercial Code requirement).
- Analytics data: 24 months.
- Audit report outputs: Duration of the contract plus 2 years.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following sub-processors:
- LemonSqueezy — payment processor (USA, GDPR-compliant)
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly analytics (USA / EU, GDPR-compliant)
- Vercel — hosting and CDN (USA / EU, GDPR-compliant)
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place with each sub-processor. They process your data solely to provide the contracted service and under our explicit instructions.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format.
- Right to restriction — limit how we process your data.
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

7. Cookies
Visivily does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without persistent cookies, and no data is stored in your browser for analytics purposes. Strictly necessary session cookies may be used for site functionality.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. The current policy is always available at visivily.com/en/privacy.
