Terms of Service

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Service govern the agreement between Visivily Labs("Visivily", "we", "us") and any individual or entity ("Customer", "you") that purchases or uses services through visivily.com. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Visivily provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services that measure and improve brand visibility in AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, etc.). Our core offerings are:

• GEO Audit — one-time brand visibility analysis and report delivered within 14 days.
• GEO Implementation — hands-on optimization of content, citations, and structured data to improve AI visibility.
• GEO Retainer — ongoing monthly monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

The scope of each engagement is defined by the service description presented at checkout and any separately signed service agreement.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, our authorized merchant of record. The following terms apply:

• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• One-time services (Audit, Implementation) are charged in full at the time of purchase.
• Subscription services (Retainer) are billed automatically at the start of each billing period.
• If a payment fails, access to the service may be suspended. If the issue is not resolved within 7 business days, the subscription will be cancelled.

4. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. The following refund terms apply:

• 30-day money-back guarantee: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, for any reason, no questions asked.
• Refund requests after the 30-day window will be evaluated individually based on whether the service has been delivered and used.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Visivily methodology, reports, software, and content are owned by Visivily Labs. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use reports and deliverables for their own internal business purposes. Commercial redistribution, resale, or publication of deliverables to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.

Brand information, logos, and content provided by the Customer remain the property of the Customer. Visivily uses them solely to perform the contracted services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Visivily does not guarantee specific visibility improvements, as AI platform algorithms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) are subject to change without notice. Analyses and recommendations represent professional judgment based on available data at the time of delivery.

In no event shall Visivily's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Privacy

Details on how we process your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy. Both documents together form the binding agreement between the parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

Visivily reserves the right to update these terms with prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
